Delta Business Introduces New Digital Platform for Corporate Travel

Delta is rolling out a redesigned digital experience for its corporate travel division, Delta Business, with new tools aimed at simplifying travel management and improving access to key resources.

Unveiled at SHOWCASE, Delta Business’s product reveal event, the new platform will replace the current Delta Professional site later this year for corporate accounts. Travel agencies will transition to the updated experience in 2026, with features adapted to their needs.

“This is more than a product launch — it’s a step forward in how we support business travel together,” said Bob Somers, Senior Vice President – Global Sales for Delta Air Lines.

“With intuitive navigation, smart search and a streamlined wallet, we’re giving our partners tools to work more efficiently.”

Key features of the redesigned site

  • Intuitive navigation: An interface designed around real-world workflows to make information easier to access.

  • Smart search: A tool that responds to natural language queries and quickly surfaces relevant results.

  • Streamlined wallet: A centralized hub for Loyalty Tokens, Service Points and Amenity Points, allowing companies to manage program value in one place.

A track record of innovation

The new platform builds on Delta Business’s history of introducing new solutions for corporate travel, including:

  • 2010: Joint contracting

  • 2011: Sky Partner Reports

  • 2013: Corporate Priority

  • 2014: Delta Professional platform

  • 2015: Operational Performance Commitment (OPC)

  • 2020: GSS Live Chat

  • 2024: SkyMiles for Business

Looking ahead

The platform is designed to evolve with customer feedback and will expand to include tailored dashboards, deeper insights and greater flexibility in the future.
