Delta Named to Glassdoor’s 2026 Best Places to Work List
Delta has been named to Glassdoor’s 2026 Top 100 Best Places to Work, marking the ninth time the airline has been included in the ranking. Delta is also the only airline to be recognized on this year’s list.
Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work rankings are based on anonymous employee feedback and economic data. Delta said employees highlighted leadership support, career development opportunities, and a workplace culture focused on teamwork and inclusion.

“This recognition means so much because it comes directly from our people,” said Lisa Blackmon, Managing Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
“At Delta, we’re intentional about creating a workplace where every employee can build a career they’re proud of, feel supported and know they belong.”

Delta noted that it continues to invest in employee benefits and support programmes, including profit sharing, standby travel privileges, training and career development opportunities, and healthcare benefits covering mental health and family support.
The airline also recently announced that employees worldwide will receive $1.3 billion as their share of Delta’s 2025 profits, which the company said represents an estimated 8.9% payout of eligible annual earnings, or more than four weeks of additional pay on average.

In addition, Delta said it offers employees opportunities to participate in volunteer initiatives, supporting community engagement across its operating locations.
