Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan has announced the appointment of Kaustubh Kulkarni as Director of Sales.

Kaustubh Kulkarni brings extensive experience in the hospitality sector, with a strong focus on corporate sales and revenue-driven strategies across reputed hotel brands. Known for his strategic and performance-oriented approach, he has consistently driven sales initiatives, built client relationships, and identified new growth opportunities.

In his previous role as Multi-Property Associate Director of Sales at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre, he played a key role in strengthening market positioning and supporting revenue growth.

With over 15 years of experience in the Pune region, he has a strong understanding of the local business landscape and has developed an extensive corporate network, enabling him to contribute effectively to sales strategy and business development.

In his new role, he will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving revenue performance, and supporting the hotel’s overall business objectives.
