Cole Parsons Appointed as New MD at The Eliza Jane

APPOINTMENT

The Eliza Jane, a boutique hotel in New Orleans, has appointed Cole Parsons as Managing Director.

Cole Parsons will lead all aspects of the property’s operations, including strategic planning, guest experience, and team development.

With more than two decades of hospitality experience, he brings an extensive leadership background spanning both local and national markets.

Before joining The Eliza Jane, he held senior roles at several hotels, including NOPSI Hotel, Omni Royal Orleans, and The Westin New Orleans. His career also includes leadership positions in Orlando, San Diego, and Las Vegas.
