CIN Universe Appoints Rajesh Sunder Ghanshani as Co-founder & Managing Partner

CIN Universe has appointed Rajesh Sunder Ghanshani as Co-founder & Managing Partner, as the company looks to expand its market presence and diversify into additional industry segments.

Headquartered in New Delhi, CIN Universe operates as a customer growth ecosystem for hospitality brands, providing integrated solutions across brand, technology, marketing, and data. The company currently works with more than 800 hotels across India and international markets.

In his new role, Rajesh Sunder Ghanshani will work closely with Parvinder Dhillon to strengthen the company’s client portfolio and support the development of its technology-led offerings. The initial focus will remain on the hospitality sector, with plans to expand into other industries over time.

He brings over 25 years of business experience, with a background in partnerships and business development. Prior to this, he served as Director – Partnerships at STAAH, where he was involved in building global partnerships and supporting the company’s growth in the hospitality segment.

His experience includes working on partner networks, market expansion, and commercial strategy across hospitality-focused technology platforms.
