APPOINTMENT
TIYA, a Michelin Guide-recognized restaurant, has announced the appointment of Chef Bobby as its new Sous Chef.

Chef Bobby brings extensive culinary experience across India and the United States with expertise in recipe development, tasting menu execution, training culinary teams, inventory management, supplier coordination and menu innovation.
Prior to joining TIYA, he served as Sous Chef at Madras Group Inc., where he assisted the Executive Chef in key kitchen operations and upheld HACCP and ServSafe food safety standards.
Chef Bobby started his career at Aamod Resorts. Since then, he has held key culinary chef roles at renowned hotels and restaurants, including Demi Chef de Partie at The Quorum, Two Horizon Center, Golf Course Road, and as a Commi at Hotel Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar.
In his new role as Sous Chef at TIYA, Chef Bobby will lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless services, elevated plating aesthetics, balanced flavor profiles, and consistent portion standards.
