Atmosphere Core has announced the promotion of Christopher Baker as Vice President of Operations – Atmosphere Hotels and Resorts.

Christopher Baker has been appointed as the new Vice President- Operations at Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts.

He brings over 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having worked globally across renowned hospitality brands including Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Resorts and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

Christopher holds extensive expertise in elevating guest experiences, operational excellence and driving financial operations. He has also been recognized with multiple industry accolades, including being named among the Top 100 Hotel General Managers in the World 2024 by Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

In his new role, Christopher will oversee operational performance and growth across the Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts brand portfolio in India, Italy, Maldives, and Nepal.

He will focus on driving efficiencies, elevating standards, and assist with the opening of key properties within the expanding brand portfolio, including BORGO MONCHIERO HERITAGE by Atmosphere in Langhe Piedmont, Italy, STILLWOOD RETREAT, a Signature Atmosphere property in Coorg, India and AARUNYA NATURE RESORT by Atmosphere in Banepa, Nepal.
