APPOINTMENT
Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall has announced the appointment of Anuradha Konar as Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communications.

With an academic foundation in strategic communications and a knack for creative storytelling, Anuradha will bring fresh insights to brand development, public relations, and consumer engagement.
She began her hospitality career with ITC Hotels, and has since worked with renowned brands like One8 Commune, Inja Restaurant, and most recently, Grand Mercure itself.
She has also worked as a freelance journalist for The Times of India and is known for her ability to merge creativity with insight. She has also helped many brands build new identities and foster new connections with audience.
Expressing her excitement for the new role, Anuradha Konar said, “This is an exciting new chapter with Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall. I look forward to amplifying the brand’s distinctive voice and connecting with audiences through imaginative, engaging storytelling.”

In her new role, Konar will spearhead marketing campaigns, manage media relations, and drive brand communication initiatives on digital platforms, enhancing visibility and awareness for the hotel across key platforms.
