APPOINTMENT
Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island has announced the promotion of Amr Baragith to the role of Hotel Manager.
The appointment reflects his long association with the Mövenpick brand and his experience in hotel operations and leadership.
Baragith brings more than two decades of hospitality experience, with expertise in operations management, guest experience and strategic planning. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing resort operations, supporting departmental performance, enhancing service standards and contributing to long-term development plans, including budgets and business growth strategies.
Since joining Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, Baragith has played an active role in operational performance through a focus on service delivery, team development and guest satisfaction, supporting the resort’s positioning as a family and leisure destination in Ras Al Khaimah.
Before this role, he held various operational leadership assignments across several Mövenpick properties in the UAE, including Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Al Mamzar Dubai, Mövenpick Bur Dubai and Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach Dubai. His career also includes tenure with Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Rotana Hotels and DAMAC Maison, Cour Jardin, along with earlier experience in F&B and front office operations with Radisson and Jaz Resorts in Egypt.
Baragith continues to contribute to the growth and performance of the property under the Mövenpick brand, supported by his experience and commitment to operational excellence.
