APPOINTMENT
MRG Group has announced the appointment of Amitesh Osta as its new Chief Human Resource Officer
(CHRO), marking a significant step in strengthening its leadership team.
Amitesh brings with him over 17 years of diverse experience across FMCG, retail, and consumer businesses. He joins MRG Group from Metro Cash & Carry India, where he served as Business Head – HR.
He has also held key leadership role with Anheuser-Busch InBev, Johnson & Johnson, and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
His expertise spans HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, and digital transformation of HR operations.

An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, Amitesh holds an MBA in Human Resources and has been recognized with numerous industry accolades.
