American Express and ALL Accor Launch Global Partnership

ALL Accor Partners with American Express for Member Benefits

American Express and ALL Accor, Accor’s booking platform and loyalty programme, have announced a new global partnership that will begin rolling out in 2026 across 12 markets.

The partnership will launch in Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, introducing elite status matching and a new Membership Rewards points transfer option for eligible American Express Card Members.

The initiative is designed to enhance the travel experience across Accor’s portfolio of more than 45 hotel brands, including Raffles, Fairmont and Sofitel, offering additional benefits before, during and after hotel stays.

Under the agreement, eligible American Express Consumer, Small Business Services (SBS) and Corporate Platinum® Card Members will be able to match their card status with ALL Accor Gold status.

Gold members will receive benefits including complimentary Wi-Fi, welcome amenities, late check-out, room upgrades (subject to availability) and bonus ALL Accor points at participating Accor hotels.

The partnership also introduces a new Membership Rewards points transfer option, allowing eligible Card Members to convert their American Express Membership Rewards points into the ALL Accor loyalty programme. Point conversion ratios will vary by market.

Transferred points can be redeemed across Accor’s global network of hotels, dining experiences, travel experiences and more than 110 programme partners, subject to the terms and conditions of the ALL Accor programme.
