Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa Appoints Anil Joseph as IT Manager

Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa has appointed Anil Joseph as IT Manager, strengthening its technology and infrastructure operations.

Anil brings seven years of experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, system implementation, and technical support within the hospitality sector. He was involved in the IT pre-opening of the resort, supporting the setup of core systems ahead of its launch.

Prior to joining Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley, he worked across several Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) brands, including Taj, Vivanta, Gateway, and amã Stays & Trails. His experience includes working with hotel systems such as property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS), central reservation systems (CRS), IPTV, key card systems, and guest internet services.

In his current role, Anil oversees the resort’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems. His responsibilities include cybersecurity, vendor coordination, system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with brand standards. He also works with various departments to support operational requirements through technology.

Commenting on his role, Anil Joseph said, “The best compliment an IT team can get is silence—no complaints, no downtime, nothing to flag.
