Fairmont Mumbai Appoints Madhura Mahadik as People and Culture Co-ordinator

Fairmont Mumbai has appointed Madhura Mahadik as People and Culture Co-ordinator.

In her new role, Madhura will support the People and Culture function at the property, with responsibilities related to human resources operations and employee engagement.

She joins the property after completing an apprenticeship in human resources at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. Prior to that, she gained industry exposure through internships at The St. Regis Mumbai and The Orchid Hotel – Mumbai.

Her experience includes working across HR processes, training support, and administrative functions within hotel environments.

Commenting on her appointment, Madhura said, “This opportunity marks an exciting new chapter in my journey within hospitality. I’m grateful for the chance to learn, grow, and contribute to creating meaningful experiences for associates while developing my career in Human Resources.”
