MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts Appoints Saugat Nandy as Assistant Vice President – Sales

MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Saugat Nandy as Assistant Vice President – Sales at its Corporate Office in Bhubaneswar, strengthening its sales leadership as the brand accelerates growth across markets.

In his new role, Nandy will lead sales initiatives across regional offices, focusing on strategic partnerships, business development, and revenue growth. He will also work on enhancing the brand’s presence in key markets and aligning sales strategies with the company’s expansion plans.

With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Nandy has worked with leading brands including ITC Hotels, Le Méridien, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Jaypee Hotels, IHG, and Blackrock Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, he served as Group Head Sales at Blackrock Hotels & Resorts, where he led sales, marketing, and revenue strategies across the organization.

Prior to that, he was associated with ITC Hotels as Area Head of Sales – East, managing regional sales and marketing efforts across multiple properties. His earlier experience includes leadership roles within the Starwood Sales Organisation, where he handled corporate, leisure, and group segments, along with developing domestic and international markets across South Asia.

Nandy’s appointment reflects MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts’ continued focus on strengthening its commercial strategy and driving sustained growth through experienced leadership.
