Lemon Tree Hotels Appoints Radha Sorate as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Lemon Tree Hotels has appointed Radha Sorate as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development.

In her new role, she will lead training and development initiatives across five Lemon Tree hotels in the Pune region and conduct remote training programmes for the Central Region. Her responsibilities include designing and delivering training programmes, supporting talent development, and strengthening learning practices across multiple properties.

Radha Sorate brings experience in hospitality training and guest service. Prior to joining Lemon Tree Hotels, she was associated with Taj Hotels, where she gained exposure to service standards and professional development practices.

Commenting on her appointment, Radha Sorate said, “One of the milestones I am most grateful for is achieving this leadership position at a relatively young age. It has been a journey driven by confidence, commitment, continuous learning, and dedication. Every challenge has strengthened my belief that age is never a limitation when passion, hard work, and consistency lead the way.”
