Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui Expands ITC Hotels’ Uttarakhand Portfolio

ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, a 117-key hotel that will strengthen the company’s presence in Uttarakhand and expand the Welcomhotel brand in North India.

The signing marks ITC Hotels’ second Welcomhotel project in Dehradun and supports the company’s asset-right growth strategy by expanding its presence across business and leisure destinations.

New Hotel Planned for Selaqui

The hotel is being developed in partnership with Orions Hospitality and will offer 117 guestrooms and suites, along with an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop speciality restaurant and a lounge bar.

The property will also include more than 20,000 square feet of indoor banquet space and around 25,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor lawns, making it suitable for weddings, conferences and social events.

Focus on Growth in Uttarakhand

Strategic Location

Located in Selaqui, the hotel will serve one of Dehradun’s growing commercial and tourism corridors.

The city acts as a gateway to destinations such as Mussoorie, Rishikesh and Haridwar while continuing to attract business, education and manufacturing activity. Improving infrastructure and increasing visitor numbers have contributed to rising demand for quality hospitality projects in the region.

Once operational, Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui will complement the recently opened Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Madhuban Dehradun, further strengthening the brand’s presence in Uttarakhand.
