Holiday Inn Express Pune Hinjewadi has promoted Amol Kharare to Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD), strengthening its front office leadership team.
With over three years of experience with IHG Hotels & Resorts, Amol has been associated with front office operations, guest relations, and team supervision. In the current role, he will oversee day-to-day front office operations, including guest services, team coordination, and operational processes.
Prior to this promotion, Amol served as Senior Duty Manager, where he was responsible for managing guest interactions, handling escalations, and supporting service delivery across departments. His experience includes coordinating with housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Amol has been recognised internally with awards such as Guest Love Champion, Loyalty Champion, Enrollment Champion, and GSI Champion, reflecting contributions to guest satisfaction and brand standards.
In the new role, he will focus on enhancing guest experience, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting team development in line with brand standards.
The promotion reflects the hotel’s continued focus on developing internal talent and strengthening its operational leadership.
