Raffles Udaipur Appoints Ankit Kumar as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Ankit Kumar as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

With over seven years of experience in luxury hospitality, Ankit brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, beverage strategy, guest experience, and luxury service standards.

In his new role, Ankit will support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the resort’s food and beverage division. His responsibilities include enhancing service excellence, driving innovation, and elevating guest experiences across the resort’s restaurants, bars, and dining venues.

Prior to joining Raffles Udaipur, Ankit served as Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where he led beverage operations and developed bespoke programmes aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning. He was also part of the pre-opening team at The Leela Hyderabad, contributing to the development of beverage concepts and service standards during its launch phase.
His career includes experience with The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he built strong expertise across luxury restaurants, bars, and resort operations. Ankit holds WSET Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 certifications in Spirits.
