Monday Hotels Group Elevates Ashwin Gupta to Zonal Manager – Operations & Pre-Opening

Monday Hotels Group has announced the elevation of Ashwin Gupta to the position of Zonal Manager – Operations & Pre-Opening, strengthening its leadership team as it continues its growth and expansion journey.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, Ashwin brings extensive operational expertise across hotel management, pre-opening strategies, process implementation, and guest experience enhancement. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and has previously been associated with organisations such as The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Symphony Hospitality Management, and Best Western International (Jubilee Ridge).

In his elevated role, Ashwin will oversee operational initiatives, support upcoming hotel openings, and ensure seamless execution of brand standards across properties.

Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse hospitality functions, building expertise in team leadership, operational efficiency, and business performance. His experience is expected to play a key role in supporting Monday Hotels Group’s expansion plans.
