Park Hyatt Chennai Appoints Balasubramanian R as Director of Revenue

Park Hyatt Chennai has announced the appointment of Balasubramanian R (Bala) as Director of Revenue.
Bala brings over 12 years of experience across India and the Middle East, holding extensive expertise in driving revenue growth, enhancing market competitiveness, and implementing data-driven commercial strategies.
In his new role, Bala will lead the hotel’s revenue management function, focusing on strategic pricing, distribution, and demand-generation initiatives.
Bala joins from his most recent role as Cluster Director of Revenue, where he led revenue strategies for Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, Hyatt Raipur, and Hyatt Place Hampi.
Prior to this, he was associated with the Hilton Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) as Cluster Revenue Manager. His global experience includes roles with Radisson Dubai and Dusit Thani.
Bala began his career in revenue management at ITC Rajputana as Assistant Revenue Manager and later worked with Hyatt Pune. He also served as Portfolio Revenue Manager at the IHG Corporate Office, Southwest Asia. His experience further includes senior roles at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh and Crowne Plaza Bengaluru.
