The Astor Goa Appoints Kimberley Saunders as Astor Experience Manager

The Astor Goa has announced the appointment of Kimberley Saunders as Astor Experience Manager.

In her new role, Saunders will be responsible for overseeing guest experience initiatives at the property, with a focus on personalised service, curated experiences, and engagement aligned with the destination. Her responsibilities include enhancing service delivery and developing guest-centric programs across the hotel.
Saunders brings experience in luxury hospitality and guest services, having worked across five-star and casino hotels in Goa. Her background includes roles involving VIP guest relations, service management, and experience design.

Commenting on the appointment, Vaibhav Gupta, General Manager, The Astor Goa, said, “With Kimberley at the helm of guest experiences, our guests can look forward to a heightened level of personalisation and thoughtfully curated moments that further elevate their stay with us.”
