Park Hyatt Hyderabad Announces Three New Leadership Appointments

Park Hyatt Hyderabad has announced three key appointments across its events, marketing, and digital functions.

Himanshu Puri- Director of Events

Himanshu Puri has been appointed as Director of Events. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s meetings and events portfolio, including MICE, weddings, and corporate events. Puri brings over 16 years of experience in hospitality, with a background in event strategy, stakeholder management, and large-scale event execution.

Prior to joining Park Hyatt Hyderabad, he was associated with Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram, where he led the meetings and events function. His previous experience includes roles at Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Goa, The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, Conrad Pune, and Courtyard by Marriott. His work has involved event planning, client relationship management, and business development within the events segment.

Akshita Rege- Marketing & Communications Manager

Akshita Rege has been appointed as Marketing Communications Manager. She will oversee marketing and communications initiatives, including public relations, digital marketing, partnerships, and brand campaigns. Rege has over nine years of experience in hospitality marketing and communications.

Before joining the hotel, she was associated with Ronil Goa, a JdV by Hyatt property. She has also worked with Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar, Andaz Delhi, The Grand New Delhi, and The Leela Ambience Gurugram. Her experience includes marketing strategy, media relations, campaign execution, and pre-opening projects.

Dhanashree More- Area Director of Digital Marketing- South India

Dhanashree More has been elevated to the role of Area Director of Digital Marketing – South India. In her new position, she will oversee digital marketing initiatives across multiple properties in the region, with a focus on online distribution, performance marketing, and revenue generation.

More brings over 16 years of experience in digital marketing. Prior to this role, she was associated with Hyatt Hotels Corporation as Director of Digital Marketing – West Cluster, where she managed digital strategy across multiple properties. Her earlier experience includes roles with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, House of Hiranandani, and Iksula, focusing on digital strategy and campaign management.
