Dough & Cream Appoints Chef Rajat Nunwal as Executive Pastry Chef

Dough & Cream Private Limited has announced the appointment of Chef Rajat Nunwal as Executive Pastry Chef, strengthening its focus on product innovation and quality in the bakery and pastry segment.

Chef Nunwal brings over 14 years of international culinary experience across India, the UAE, and the United States, with expertise in artisan breads, viennoiserie, plated desserts, chocolate work, celebration cakes, and bakery operations.
In his new role, he will lead pastry and bakery production, oversee product development, maintain quality standards, and support team training initiatives. He will also focus on expanding the company’s portfolio of breads, cakes, desserts, and seasonal offerings while ensuring consistency and innovation.

Prior to joining Dough & Cream, Chef Nunwal served as Pastry Chef at SANJH Modern Indian Restaurant in Texas, where he worked on contemporary Indian dessert concepts and bakery production. He has also held the role of Sous Chef – Bakery & Pastry at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, overseeing pastry operations and team coordination.
His earlier experience includes roles at Savorworks, Delhi, and Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, where he was part of the pre-opening team and managed bakery and pastry functions. He began his career with Le Méridien New Delhi and Hilton Mayur Vihar.
