Fairmont Udaipur Palace Promotes Sahil Sharma to Executive Chef

Fairmont Udaipur Palace has promoted Sahil Sharma to the position of Executive Chef, marking a key step in his culinary career with the luxury hotel.

Sharma assumes the role after serving as Executive Sous Chef at the property, where he was involved in kitchen operations, menu development, culinary innovation, and guest dining experiences.
In his new capacity, he will oversee all culinary operations at the hotel, including menu planning, food quality standards, kitchen management, team leadership, and dining experiences across the hotel’s restaurants and banqueting venues.

Prior to joining Fairmont Udaipur Palace, Sharma served as Executive Sous Chef at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity. His experience spans luxury hospitality environments, with exposure to menu engineering, food production, operational management, and guest service delivery.
The promotion reflects the hotel’s focus on strengthening its culinary leadership and supporting internal talent development.
