Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR Appoints Naresh Kumar as Director of Finance

Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR has announced the appointment of Naresh Kumar as Director of Finance.

Kumar brings over 21 years of experience in financial management, accounting, auditing, taxation, and statutory compliance. A Marriott International veteran since 2009, he has held finance leadership roles across multiple properties, including Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, and The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa.

Most recently, he served as Cluster Director of Finance for Le Méridien Ahmedabad and Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, where he oversaw financial operations across both properties.

He is recognised for strengthening financial processes and driving operational efficiencies. His industry accolades include Marriott International’s APEC Finance Leader of the Year Award (2023) and the South Asia Talent Development Leader Award (2025).

In his new role, Kumar will oversee financial strategy, compliance, and overall finance operations at Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.

The appointment reflects the hotel’s focus on strengthening its financial leadership and operational performance.
