Signia by Hilton Indianapolis Opens Reservations Ahead of 2027 Launch
Indianapolis Hotel Expands Signia by Hilton Portfolio
Hilton has opened reservations for Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, with stays available from 1 February 2027. The hotel will be located in downtown Indianapolis, connected to the Indiana Convention Centre and within walking distance of key venues, including Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The 800-room property is being developed as part of the city’s convention and events infrastructure. It will be owned by the City of Indianapolis and operated through the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County.

The hotel will include 70 suites and a range of food and beverage venues, including a lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop lounge, and additional dining concepts. A Club Signia lounge will also be available, offering a dedicated space with food and beverage services.
Designed with meetings and events in mind, the property will offer approximately 100,000 square feet of flexible event space across 42 rooms. This includes a 50,000-square-foot ballroom, along with additional meeting areas and an outdoor event deck.

Leisure facilities will include a rooftop pool, fitness areas and wellness-focused spaces designed to support both short stays and extended visits.

Signia by Hilton Indianapolis will join the brand’s existing portfolio, which includes locations in Atlanta, Orlando, San Jose and Amman, as Hilton continues to expand its presence in key urban and convention-led markets.
