Chef Tushar Malkani Appointed as Executive Chef at ICONIQA Hotel Mumbai International Airport

ICONIQA – Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Chef Tushar Malkani as Executive Chef.

Chef Tushar brings over 15 years of culinary experience, holding expertise in kitchen operations, curating multiple global cuisines and team leadership.

In his new role, he will lead the culinary direction across the hotel’s signature dining destinations — Aviator, Bombay Swim Club, Kadak, Tiffin Terrace, and Scarletta.
