Singapore Tourism Board Arranges Special Flight to Muscat for Visitors Affected by Middle East Airspace Closure
The Singapore Tourism Board has announced arrangements for a special flight to assist foreign visitors in Singapore who have been affected by the recent airspace closures in parts of the Middle East.
The flight will depart from Singapore Changi Airport at 05:30 hours on Sunday, 8 March 2026, and will arrive at Muscat International Airport.
The initiative is intended to support travellers who are currently unable to continue their journeys due to flight disruptions linked to airspace restrictions in the Middle East. By arranging this flight, the tourism authority aims to help affected visitors reach a regional transit point from where they may be able to make further travel arrangements.
Visitors who wish to be considered for the flight must submit their interest through the official website of the Singapore Tourism Board. Registrations must be completed by 09:00 hours on Saturday, 7 March 2026.
The Singapore Tourism Board has also advised affected travellers to provide accurate contact details when registering so they can receive further updates on flight and boarding procedures.

For additional assistance, travellers may contact the STB Tourist Information Hotline at 1800 736 2000 or email [email protected] for further guidance.
Authorities have encouraged affected passengers to stay informed through official channels and to monitor updates on their travel plans as the situation develops.
