Groundbreaking is planned for the second quarter of 2026, with the first phase expected to be completed in 2029. The development will be delivered through a long-term lease arrangement.

The Cabin Crew Village will consist of 20 residential buildings, each rising 19 floors, offering a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units designed to support crew comfort and convenience.

Ali Mubarak Al Soori said: “Our cabin crew play an important role in the experience Emirates delivers to customers. This investment reflects our commitment to supporting their wellbeing by offering living spaces designed around their needs and lifestyles. The Cabin Crew Village will bring together housing, daily essentials, leisure facilities and communal areas within a single planned development. It also supports Emirates’ long-term growth and our transition plans to Al Maktoum International.”

Omar Al Mesmar commented: “Dubai Investments Park has developed into a location where organisations can deliver large-scale projects within an integrated environment. DIP’s collaboration with Emirates reflects the confidence placed in its infrastructure and regulatory framework. This development will contribute to DIP’s community and support Dubai’s wider economic growth. DIP remains focused on enabling partnerships that create long-term value for the emirate.”

Designed as a complete lifestyle destination, the Cabin Crew Village will include a multi-purpose hub with retail outlets, restaurants and food concepts, along with fitness facilities, clinics, parks and shared community spaces.
