ThirdHome and Anantara Vacation Club Form 3-Year Strategic Partnership
ThirdHome, a luxury home exchange and travel club, and Anantara Vacation Club (AVC), Asia’s vacation ownership programme, have entered a 3-year agreement that broadens global travel options for AVC Club Points Owners and enhances ThirdHome’s reach across Asia.
Expanding Global Options for AVC Members
The partnership gives AVC Points Owners access to a broader range of international destinations. Through ThirdHome’s network, eligible members can explore homes, villas, and residences in various locations worldwide.
Under the agreement, AVC’s Diamond, Emerald, Platinum, Sapphire, Prestige, and Royal Club Points Owners will gain access to ThirdHome’s curated portfolio, valued at approximately USD $46.8 billion. Bookings through ThirdHome are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
“Anantara Vacation Club shares our focus on quality travel and well-maintained homes,” said Wade Shealy, Founder and CEO of ThirdHome.
“This agreement enables eligible Club Points Owners to explore a wider selection of trusted properties, while allowing our members to connect with more destinations across Asia. It aligns well for both organisations.”
Growing ThirdHome’s Presence in Asia
ThirdHome continues to expand in Asian markets, where interest in second-home travel and experiential stays remains strong.
As part of this agreement, ThirdHome will collaborate with Anantara Vacation Club to introduce more Asian destinations and properties to its exchange network. The effort supports ThirdHome’s aim to serve members looking for both long-distance travel and regional getaways within Asia.
“Our AVC community values choice and meaningful travel experiences,” said Winston Tsang, COO, Anantara Vacation Club.
“Partnering with ThirdHome provides access to a broader range of accommodations in new destinations, while aligning with our commitment to offering authentic stays across the globe.”
