Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection Opens as the Tallest Hotel in the World
Ciel Dubai Marina has officially opened as part of IHG’s Vignette Collection. Standing 82 floors high at 377 meters, the development by The First Group introduces a new architectural landmark to Dubai Marina and features one of the world’s highest infinity pools.
The property blends design, dining, and tailored guest experiences, reflecting Vignette Collection’s focus on individuality and memorable stays. Calming interiors, natural textures, and flowing architectural lines create a setting that connects guests to both the city and the Marina surroundings.
“We are pleased to welcome guests to Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection,” said Heinrich Morio, Managing Director.
“This opening represents Dubai’s continued growth as a destination for both tourism and business. Our team looks forward to offering thoughtful hospitality from the moment guests arrive.”
The hotel features several dining venues curated to offer varied culinary experiences:
Tattu: A multi-level destination featuring contemporary Chinese and Japanese cuisine, a sky pool on Level 76, and a sky lounge on Level 81 with panoramic views.
West 13: Serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes from Italy, Greece, Spain, and France.
East 14: Offering Asian cuisine through a mix of live stations and buffet-style selections.
Risen Café and Bakery: A local concept serving pastries, all-day dining, and specialty coffee.
From February 2026, guests will have access to a dedicated spa on Level 61 and a 24-hour gym overlooking the skyline. The property also offers access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah for beachside relaxation.
Families are supported through a Kids Club, Splash Pad, child-friendly menus, and amenities at check-in. Business travellers and Executive Club guests can use Nest on Level 16, providing meeting spaces, refreshments, and elevated city views.
Ciel Dubai Marina introduces two signature Vignette Collection elements:
Memorable Ritual: A Morning Hydration Ritual offering OneShot-blended waters at the pool and gym.
A Means for Good: A partnership with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) aimed at training and supporting future hospitality talent through workshops and career development.

Managed by The First Group Hospitality, the hotel offers convenient access to Dubai Marina’s dining, shopping, beaches, and key attractions, including JBR, Bluewaters, the Palm Jumeirah, and various transportation links, such as the tram, metro, and Marina boardwalk.

The Vignette Collection continues to expand, with 27 hotels now open and 41 more in the pipeline. Each property maintains its own identity while benefiting from IHG’s global systems and loyalty programme. Ciel Dubai Marina adds a prominent new option for travellers seeking distinctive stays within the brand.
