Zadun Los Cabos, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve has appointed Victor Garrido as Executive Chef, where he will oversee culinary direction and operations across the resort’s dining venues, in-room dining, private dining, and banqueting.
In his new role, Chef Victor will lead the resort’s restaurants including Humo, Equis, and El Barrio, along with beverage programming at Candil Bar. His responsibilities include shaping dining concepts, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the resort’s broader food and beverage strategy.
The resort continues to expand its culinary positioning through experiential programming such as wine-making and agave workshops, along with chef residency and collaboration initiatives featuring international culinary talent.
