Vipin Verma Appointed as New Sous Chef (Pre-Opening) at Park Inn by Radisson, Lucknow

Chef Vipin brings over 12 years of culinary experience across leading hospitality brands. Most recently, he worked with Lemon Tree Hotels in Lucknow as Sous Chef from November 2024 to August 2025. B

efore that, he was part of the pre-opening team at Shyama Sarovar Portico in Orai, where he served as Senior Chef de Partie.

Earlier in his career, he held the role of Chef de Partie at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur. Prior to that, he was with Landmark Royale & Funn Mall in Lakhimpur Kheri as Senior Chef de Partie and Cygnett Park Di Arch in Lucknow as Demi Chef de Partie during its pre-opening phase.

He has expertise in food safety, menu development, banquet operations, and kitchen management, with certifications in HACCP and food safety training.

In his new role as Sous Chef (Pre-Opening) at Park Inn by Radisson, Lucknow, Chef Vipin Verma will assist in setting up the kitchen operations for the hotel’s launch, working closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, supervising day-to-day culinary activities, and training the kitchen team. He will also be responsible for maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory and costs, and supporting banquet and catering operations to ensure smooth pre-opening and ongoing food and beverage services.
