Vikas Toksya Appointed as New Resident Manager at The Machan Lonavala

The Machan Lonavala has announced the appointment of Vikas Toksya as the new Resident Manager.

With over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry,  he has been associated with renowned brands including the Cyrus Poonawalla Group, Radisson Blu, and Hyatt Hotels. He brings with him extensive expertise in operations management, guest experience, and team leadership.

In his new role, Vikas will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s day-to-day operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.
