Ujjawal Khatkar Appointed as New F&B Director at Four Seasons Resort Lanai

APPOINTMENT

Four Seasons Resort Lanai has announced the appointment of Ujjawal Khatkar as the new Food and Beverage Director.

In his new role, Ujjawal will be overseeing all the food and beverage operations at the hotel, including the newly designed Osteria Mozza Lanai, opening November 1, 2025.

He was previously appointed at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, where he spearheaded the transformation of the Library Bar into a popular local venue.

His Four Seasons journey began in 2013 at Four Seasons Hotel Doha as an Assistant Server. Since then, he has held key roles at various properties at Kuwait, Toronto, and Whistler properties within the brand’s portfolio.
