The Westin Nashville has announced the appointment of Biren Jha as Front Office Manager.
Biren joined the hotel in 2023 and has progressed through roles within the front office function, most recently serving as Assistant Front Office Manager. During his tenure, he has been involved in guest service operations, service recovery, and coordination across departments.
In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing front office operations, including guest engagement, team supervision, and daily operational processes. His responsibilities also include managing workflow and supporting service delivery standards across guest-facing functions.
