The St. Regis Red Sea Resort Appoints Aidan Dempsey as General Manager

The St Regis Red Sea Resort has appointed Aidan Dempsey as General Manager.
In his new role, Aidan Dempsey will oversee overall operations at the resort, including guest services, team management, and day-to-day functions across departments.
He brings over two decades of experience in international hospitality. His previous roles include General Manager at The Ritz Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Al Wadi Desert and Hotel Manager at The Ritz Carlton Dubai, where he was involved in operational management and service delivery.
Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Hotel Bristol a Luxury Collection Hotel Warsaw, where he managed operations following its reopening phase. His earlier experience includes leadership roles across hospitality properties in Dublin and Dubai.
In his new role at The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Aiden’s responsibilities will include overseeing operational processes, supporting service standards, and coordinating across departments to ensure consistent guest experience.

“What drew me to this role is the opportunity to be part of something truly new and evolving,” said Dempsey. “The Red Sea is an extraordinary project, and being aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 is incredibly compelling. It’s rare to be part of something at this level of ambition, where you’re not only building a resort, but contributing to how a destination is experienced and understood globally.”
“I believe in creating an environment where people feel empowered to contribute and succeed. Luxury today is defined by people and experiences. It’s about genuine service and holding ourselves to a higher standard, while ensuring our hosts continue to grow within the brand.”
Located along the western coastline of Saudi Arabia, the property is part of the Red Sea tourism development, where hospitality operations are aligned with broader destination planning and tourism initiatives.
