The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi has appointed Vincent Pauchon as General Manager, marking a new phase for the luxury resort.

Pauchon brings extensive experience within The Ritz-Carlton brand, including roles across the ultra-luxury Ritz-Carlton Reserve portfolio. His expertise spans luxury hospitality operations, guest experience, and team leadership.

In his new role, he will oversee overall resort operations, with a focus on enhancing personalized guest experiences, strengthening service culture, and driving operational performance.
