The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced four new leadership appointments across its properties in Bhiwandi, Daman, Diu, and Mumbai.
Niraj Kumar Singh- Appointed as General Manager at The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort Daman
Niraj brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned brands such as Le Méridien, Carlson and Hilton Hotels.
He has joined as the General Manager overseeing The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort Daman, Nest Beacon Resort Daman and Nest Villa.
In his new role, he is responsible for enhancing guest experience, implementing revenue management strategies, improving Gross Operating Profit (GOP), ensuring high standards of property maintenance and fostering employee satisfaction.
Rajeev Singh- Appointed as General Manager at The Fern Residency Bhiwandi-Pimplas
With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Rajeev will be responsible for spearheading operations, enhancing guest experience and driving business growth at the property.
Prior to this role, he has held key roles at The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort Diu, Park Regis Goa and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts.
Hiren Joshi- Promoted to Operations Manager at The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort Diu
Hiren holds extensive expertise in hospitality operations, guest service and team leadership.
He has been associated with The Fern Hotels & Resorts for six years, having worked across multiple units in Rajkot and Jamnagar.
Hiren has also worked with renowned hospitality brands such as The Leela Palace, Udaipur, Taj Falaknuma, Hyderabad and Alila Diwa, Goa.
In his new role, Hiren aspires to drive the overall growth of the hotel while remaining committed to enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Mohit Sawant- Promoted to Operations Manager at Galaxy Beacon Hotel Mumbai, Santacruz
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in hotel operations and front office management, Mohit Sawant has been elevated to the position of Operations Manager at Galaxy Galaxy Beacon Hotel Mumbai, Santacruz.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing overall hotel operations with a focuss to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed gross operating profit targets.
Prior to this, he has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and The Leela Palace.
With these four appointments, The Fern Hotels & Resorts aims to enhance guest experience and drive service innovation.
