APPOINTMENT

Stan Lee has been appointed Executive Sous Chef at the historic Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Francisco.
In his new role, he will support the hotel’s culinary operations across its dining venues, contributing to menu development, kitchen leadership, and overall guest dining experiences.

Lee, who was born in South Korea and raised in the Washington D.C. area, brings a wide-ranging culinary background to the position. His experience spans both domestic and international kitchens, with exposure to fast-casual concepts as well as fine-dining environments. This diverse career path has strengthened his ability to adapt to various culinary settings and enhanced his understanding of holistic guest service.
Before joining the Palace Hotel, Lee most recently served as Chef de Cuisine at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, where he managed kitchen operations and contributed to menu execution and team development.

The Palace Hotel noted that his appointment aligns with its ongoing focus on strengthening its culinary program while maintaining consistency in guest experiences.
