With more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, Pronab brings extensive expertise in housekeeping operations, laundry management, guest experience, and team leadership.

Over the course of his career, Pronab has grown through key housekeeping roles across leading international hotel brands, earning multiple awards for excellence and leadership.

In his most recent assignment, Pronabled housekeeping operations at a renowned resort in Goa, driving service quality, implementing SOPs, and enhancing departmental performance.

In his new role At Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Pronab will oversee all housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring elevated standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.
