Shangri-La Bengaluru Appoints Raman Sood as the new Resident Manager.
Shangri-La Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Raman Sood as the new Resident Manager.

In this role, he will oversee key operational functions, with a focus on strengthening service standards and overall hotel performance. Raman Sood brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality, particularly in Food & Beverage and guest experience. His career spans multiple international markets, including India, the UAE, Canada, and the United States.
He has previously held leadership roles with hospitality brands such as Taj, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Burj Al Arab, and W.
At Shangri-La Bengaluru, Sood will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. His experience in managing large-scale operations and leading diverse teams is expected to support the hotel’s operational goals.
