Sayaji Pune Appoints Yashwant S. Sopne as Executive Chef

Sayaji Pune has appointed Yashwant S. Sopne as its new executive chef.

Sopne has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is an expert in kitchen management, menu curation, and guest satisfaction. He joins Sayaji after being a head chef at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. He has also worked with big names like Sayaji hotel and Marigold Banquets & Conventions.

Talking about his new role and the new adventures that are coming his way, Yashwant S. Sopne, executive chef, Sayaji Pune said, “I am delighted to join the Sayaji Pune family and contribute to its legacy of excellence. My goal is to create a dining experience that not only delights the palate but also creates cherished memories for our guests.”

At Sayaji Pune, Yashwant will be tasked with overlooking all culinary operations at the hotel as well as spicing up the menu. Since his experience also lies in Outdoor Catering events, he will bring in a new standard to events held at Sayaji Pune.
