Sayaji Hotels Launches The Forest Chapter Experiential Brand

New forest resort concept focuses on nature-led stays across key wildlife destinations

Sayaji Hotels has introduced The Forest Chapter, a new hospitality brand centred on nature-based stays across India’s wildlife regions.

The brand brings together forest resorts and jungle retreats that offer travellers a more grounded, immersive way to experience natural surroundings. It aims to create spaces where guests can step away from routine and engage more closely with the environment.

Positioned as an extension of Sayaji Hotels’ portfolio, The Forest Chapter presents a different approach to forest stays. Each property is planned as a quiet retreat, encouraging guests to slow down and spend time in natural settings without distraction.

The design philosophy focuses on simplicity and comfort, emphasizing the integration of built spaces with the surrounding landscape. Materials, layout and overall experience are intended to reflect the character of each location while maintaining a consistent sense of ease and functionality.

The brand debuts with three properties located in Sasan Gir, Jawai and Madhai. Each destination offers a distinct setting—from forest habitats and rocky terrain to riverine landscapes—shaping the experience at each resort.

Guest experiences include guided safaris, nature walks and local cultural interactions, along with wellness-led activities and outdoor dining. These are designed to be flexible, allowing visitors to explore at their own pace.

Saba Dhanani, Corporate Head – Marketing & Communications at Sayaji Hotels, said the brand has been developed with a focus on encouraging travellers to slow down and reconnect with their surroundings. She added that attention has been given to both design and guest experience to support a sense of calm and engagement with nature.

Raoof Dhanani, Managing Director of Sayaji Hotels, said the group’s entry into the eco-tourism segment builds on its long-standing focus on hospitality. He noted that the new brand aims to cater to travellers seeking more immersive and nature-oriented stays.

With The Forest Chapter, Sayaji Hotels is expanding into experiential hospitality, emphasizing nature, simplicity, and guest engagement.
