APPOINTMENT
Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Saurabh Taneja as the new Executive Chef.
He holds over 23 years of experience, having worked across the country’s most renowned kitchens.
He has led award-winning restaurants and designed multiple kitchen operations from scratch in his career. Chef Saurabh has worked with Hyatt Regency New Delhi, The Oberoi New Delhi, The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai, The Oberoi Cecil in Shimla, and most recently Trident Gurgaon.

In between his experience with hotels, Saurabh has also worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, hosted the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, at The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla. In addition to this, he has also introduced menus to key diplomats and decision makers

In his new role at both the properties, the seasoned chef will lead the hotel’s food and beverage portfolio- including restaurants, banquets, wellness-focused offerings and in-room dining. He aims to bring innovation to the culinary programme that reflects the tastes of the modern travellers.

Known for his hands-on approach and collaborative leadership style, Chef Saurabh’s appointment signals a new phase for the hotel as it looks to evolve its food story with elevated dining experiences, and high gastronomical standards.
