Sapphero Hospitality Reports FY2026 Performance, Plans Inventory Expansion
Growth in Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR Across Portfolio
Sapphero Hospitality LLP has reported its performance for the financial year 2026, recording growth across key operating metrics.
The company reported a 7% increase in occupancy, a 10% rise in Average Daily Rate (ADR), and a 5% growth in Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) across its managed portfolio. The results reflect recovery in travel demand alongside operational adjustments across its properties.
While Gujarat remains a core market, Maharashtra continues to contribute significantly to overall revenue. Both regions have seen increased activity driven by domestic leisure travel and demand for destination weddings.
Navigating Costs and Changing Guest Expectations
The hospitality sector in 2026 has been shaped by rising operational costs, supply chain pressures and evolving guest expectations, including sustainability and digital services.
Sapphero Hospitality has responded by upgrading its infrastructure and focusing on maintaining brand standards across its portfolio. The company’s “Smart Hospitality” approach aims to manage costs while maintaining service consistency for guests and returns for asset owners.
A company spokesperson noted that the increase in ADR reflects steady demand for reliable service, safety and personalised guest experiences.

At its recent annual management meeting, CEO Shamitav Jana outlined plans for the upcoming financial year, including a projected 12% increase in revenue and a 200% expansion in inventory under management.
The company is engaging with asset owners to grow its presence, with a focus on the mid-market segment.
Focus on Training and Operational Consistency
As Sapphero Hospitality expands its portfolio, the company is also investing in training and development to maintain operational consistency across locations.
The approach aims to ensure uniform service standards across property types, from business hotels to leisure resorts, as the company scales its operations in Western India.
