Rumi Crasto Promoted to Front Office Manager at Novotel Guwahati GS Road

Novotel Guwahati GS Road has announced the promotion of Rumi Crasto to Front Office Manager.

Rumi holds over eight years of experience in guest services across leading hospitality brands.

Before joining Novotel Guwahati, she has worked with Novotel Mumbai, Radisson Kandla, Radisson Mumbai, and The Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa.

In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the entire front office operations at Novotel Guwahati GS Road, driving RPS, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
