JUDORAK Brings Korean Dining Experience to Regent Hong Kong
JUDORAK Collaboration Arrives at Harbourside for Limited-Time Buffet
Regent Hong Kong will welcome Seoul-based dining concept JUDORAK to Harbourside from 6 to 26 July 2026, introducing guests to a selection of Korean dishes through a limited-time buffet collaboration.
Set against the backdrop of Victoria Harbour, the partnership will present a menu that combines contemporary Korean cooking with traditional recipes, offering diners an opportunity to explore a range of flavours and culinary techniques from Korea.
Founded in Seoul, JUDORAK is known for its approach to Korean comfort food and social dining culture. Led by Chief Executive Officer Julian Kim, the restaurant takes its name from the Korean characters for brewing, way and joy, reflecting the tradition of sharing food and drinks around the table.
During the collaboration, JUDORAK Head Chef Jacob Kim and his team will prepare selected dishes live at Harbourside, allowing guests to observe Korean cooking techniques and presentation methods throughout the dining experience at Regent Hong Kong.
Korean Dishes Featured at Harbourside
The Regent Hong Kong menu will feature a range of JUDORAK signature dishes, alongside Korean favourites prepared using both contemporary and traditional methods.
Among the featured dishes are Jeyuk Cream Noodle, which combines spicy stir-fried pork flavours with a creamy sauce, and Daechang Tteokbokki, a variation of the popular Korean street food featuring rice cakes and beef large intestine.
Traditional selections include Deulgireum Guksu (Perilla Oil Noodles), Buchu Saeu Jeon (garlic chive and shrimp pancakes), Sogogi Yukjeon (pan-fried beef slices), Sokkori Suyuk (braised oxtail), and Yukjeon & Suyuk Jeongol, a Korean-style hot pot prepared with sliced meat, vegetables and mushrooms.
The buffet experience concludes with Korean Bingsoo, a shaved ice dessert served with sweet red beans.
MUI Makgeolli Pairing
Guests can also enjoy MUI Makgeolli, JUDORAK’s artisanal rice wine, available throughout the collaboration. Produced with rice, nuruk, and purified water, the beverage is designed to complement a variety of dishes on the menu.
