New Area Director – Operations at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts

APPOINTMENT

Clarks Hotels & Resorts has appointed Rajiv Sas as the Area Director of Operations at its Gurugram office. With a career in several leadership positions in the hospitality sector, Rajiv offers extensive expertise in brand operations, revenue management, and front-office management.  

Before this role, Rajiv was the General Manager of Brand Operations at ITC Hotels, where he was instrumental in enhancing the brand’s market presence and operational efficiency. He previously held positions at Amritara Hotels and Resorts in Rajasthan and Radisson Hotel Group in Bathinda, showcasing his extensive leadership capabilities within the hospitality sector.

Rajiv has extensive experience in the Rooms Division and Revenue Management at hotels such as Radisson Hotel Group in New Delhi, ITC Hotels in Gurugram, and Country Inn & Suites in Goa. His comprehensive understanding of these areas has allowed him to drive profitability and guest satisfaction across various locations effectively.

In addition to his primary expertise, Rajiv’s background includes strong proficiency in the Rooms Division, Revenue, and Operations at MGM in Bengaluru, enhancing his skill set in hotel management. He has also held managerial roles at InterContinental Hotels Group in New Delhi, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Bengaluru, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces at Trinity Circle in Bengaluru, where he gained significant experience as a Front Office Supervisor and Assistant, refining his customer service and operational skills to provide exceptional guest experiences. Rajiv graduated from Sriniwas College of Hotel Management in Mangalore.
