APPOINTMENT
Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar has appointed Hema Dhoke as its Director of Sales & Marketing.
In her new role, Dhoke will be responsible for leading the hotel’s overall sales and revenue strategy. Her mandate includes driving growth across key segments such as corporate business, MICE, weddings and leisure, while also focusing on strategic partnerships, market expansion and brand positioning.
Dhoke brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with several luxury and upper-upscale hotel brands across India. Prior to joining Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar, she served as Director of Sales at The Grand New Delhi, Vasant Kunj, where she led sales operations for a large luxury hotel portfolio.
Her professional journey includes senior leadership roles with Signum Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Blu Hotels, Park Inn by Radisson, ibis Hotels, and Taj Palace, New Delhi, where she began her career. Across these roles, she has gained experience in sales leadership, account management and market development, and has been involved in handling high-value business, international MICE movements, diplomatic engagements and new market penetration.
